My name is Katherine Garza with Advocare. Four years ago before Advocare I was stuck at a weightloss plateau, no energy, working 2 jobs as a nurse, with 5 kids and a husband. I was in debt not only financially but with time. My friend introduced me to Advocare and in the first 24 days I felt the energy I haven't felt in years. Over 90 days lost 30 inches and 5% body fat. Fast forward to today I have completely transformed my body composition. I have ran 3 half-marathons I'm very active and lift weights.
